International Grafinity Association (IGA) provides memberships, event registrations, workshop registrations, online session registrations, community activities, and related services. Physical shipping is not required for most purchases unless a physical item is specifically stated.
Service Fulfilment
After successful payment confirmation, customers will receive confirmation or access to the purchased membership, event, workshop, seminar, online session, activity, product, or related service according to the details provided at the time of purchase.
Fulfilment Method
Service access or confirmation may be provided through:
– Website account or checkout confirmation
– Email confirmation
– WhatsApp or phone confirmation
– Manual confirmation by the IGA team
– Event, workshop, seminar, online session, or activity confirmation
– Online meeting link, where applicable
Fulfilment Time
Service access or confirmation is normally provided within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
No Physical Shipping For Services
Memberships, events, workshops, seminars, online sessions, and activities are fulfilled through registration confirmation, access confirmation, event participation, online links, or manual follow-up by the IGA team.
IGA does not sell physical products directly through the website. Physical shipping is not applicable unless a physical product is specifically offered in the future.
Issues With Access or Confirmation
If you do not receive access, confirmation, or follow-up after payment, please contact IGA with your payment receipt or transaction reference.
