What is IGA Membership?
IGA Membership is the foundation layer of the Grafinity ecosystem. It enables you to participate in community activities, access internal updates, and engage with ecosystem opportunities. Membership operates on a subscription-based contribution model.
What does the RM80 monthly contribution support?
Your contribution supports ecosystem sustainability, community operations, program development, and the long-term growth of the Grafinity community. It is a Membership Subscription Fee, not a donation or investment.
What is Amoeba Satellite, and do I need to apply?
Amoeba Satellite is a community engagement platform under IGA. As an active member, you can participate in Amoeba Satellite events and activities without a separate application. Simply indicate your area of interest such as Johor, Sarawak, or Selangor.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You may cancel anytime by submitting a cancellation request through the designated channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for any remaining period.
Is the membership fee refundable?
Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment, confirmed payment error, or where otherwise determined by IGA at its discretion.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your subscription stops, your status will change to Inactive. You will lose access to the dashboard and member privileges. Membership can be reactivated at any time upon payment resumption. A 3-day grace period applies on any failed renewal.
Who can join IGA?
Membership is open to any individual who expresses an interest in participating in the Grafinity ecosystem and demonstrates alignment with its values. There are no restrictions based on profession, background, or prior experience.
