International Grafinity Association (IGA)
Last updated: 1 Jan 2026
1. Introduction
This Membership Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing participation in the International Grafinity Association (IGA). By registering and completing the membership process, the individual agrees to be bound by this Agreement, as well as any policies, guidelines, and operational frameworks established within the Grafinity ecosystem.
2. Nature of Membership
IGA Membership operates as a subscription-based participation model within the Grafinity ecosystem. The membership reflects a structured system that enables individuals to participate in community activities, programs, and opportunities aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
Membership contributions are utilised to support the sustainability, development, and operational continuity of the ecosystem. Membership shall not be construed as a donation, investment, or profit-generating scheme.
3. Eligibility
Membership is open to any individual who expresses an interest in participating in the Grafinity ecosystem and demonstrates alignment with its values. There shall be no restriction based on profession, background, or prior experience.
IGA reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion in accordance with this Agreement.
4. Membership Activation
Membership shall be deemed active upon successful completion of the registration process and confirmation of payment. No additional approval process is required for activation of IGA Membership.
5. Membership Contribution
Members shall contribute a monthly subscription fee of RM80. The monthly contribution of RM80 shall be treated by IGA as a Membership Subscription Fee for administrative, accounting, and operational purposes. Membership fees collected may be allocated towards the sustainability, development, and operation of the Grafinity ecosystem, including but not limited to Amoeba Satellite activities, community initiatives, social impact programmes, and events organised for the benefit of the wider community.
All payments are recurring in nature and are required to maintain active membership status. Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment, confirmed payment error, or where otherwise determined by IGA at its discretion.
6. Membership Status
A member shall be considered active when the monthly subscription fee is duly paid. Active members are entitled to access the member dashboard, receive internal communications, and participate in ecosystem activities and applications.
A member shall be considered inactive when the subscription fee is not maintained. Inactive members shall lose access to the member dashboard, internal updates, program applications, and all associated privileges.
Membership may be reactivated upon resumption of payment.
7. Cancellation and Auto-Debit
7.1 Cancellation Request
Members may cancel their membership subscription by submitting a cancellation request through the designated channel.
7.2 Effective Date
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for any remaining period.
7.3 Billing Responsibility
Members remain responsible for any charges incurred before the cancellation takes effect.
7.4 Auto-Debit Authorisation
Where payment is made through auto-debit or recurring payment arrangements, the member authorises IGA or its appointed payment provider to process the monthly Membership Subscription Fee on a recurring basis.
7.5 Termination of Charges
Recurring charges will continue until the cancellation request is successfully processed. Once cancelled, no further charges will be applied for subsequent billing cycles.
8. Member Rights
An Active Member is entitled to participate in the Grafinity ecosystem, including access to community activities, internal communications, and member-based opportunities.
Active Members may participate in Amoeba Satellite community activities and indicate their area of interest (e.g. AS Pioneer, AS Johor, AS Sarawak) based on location, community, or preference. Participation as a general Amoeba Satellite community member does not require a separate membership subscription or application.
Members may be considered for deeper involvement in Amoeba Satellite, including leadership roles or core committee positions, based on contribution, participation, and internal selection.
Advanced tracks and structured programs (e.g. Legenz Club or other designated programs) require a separate application, review, and approval process.
Participation in any program, activity, or initiative remains subject to the respective requirements, approvals, and participation criteria.
9. Member Benefits
Membership provides access to ecosystem-based opportunities, including but not limited to participation in events, programs, and community initiatives.
Event access and pricing privileges for members shall be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the event. Such privileges may include preferential pricing or complimentary access, at the discretion of the organising team.
10. Member Responsibilities
Members are expected to uphold the values of the Grafinity ecosystem, including principles of Gratefulness, Inclusivity, Fulfilment, and Transformation. Members shall conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner within all community engagements and activities.
Members shall not engage in any conduct that may harm the integrity, reputation, or operations of the organisation.
11. Participation Policy
Participation in any program, project, or activity within the Grafinity ecosystem is voluntary. Members retain full discretion over their level of involvement.
Any fees associated with specific programs or events shall only be applicable upon the member’s decision to participate.
12. Application to Advanced Tracks
IGA Membership provides eligibility for members to be considered for advanced roles, leadership positions, or specialised ecosystem tracks, including but not limited to Amoeba Satellite Core Committee roles and Legenz Club participation.
Such roles and tracks are subject to internal selection, review, and approval by the designated HR, Operations, or leadership teams. No fixed timeline is guaranteed for application or selection outcomes.
General participation in Amoeba Satellite community activities is voluntary and does not require a separate application. Members may indicate their area of interest or participation preference through the system (e.g. dashboard or engagement activities), subject to operational capacity and guidelines.
13. Applicant Confirmation and Declaration
Applicants for any advanced track shall confirm that they understand participation may involve leadership roles and responsibilities within the community.
Applicants shall further declare that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that they agree to adhere to the guidelines, expectations, and values of the Grafinity ecosystem.
Submission of any application shall constitute acceptance of these conditions.
14. Event and Program Payment Policy
Members may be entitled to preferential pricing or special access for selected events, subject to the discretion of the organising team.
Non-members shall be subject to standard pricing.
Participation in any program or event shall require payment only upon confirmation of participation. There shall be no obligation for members to participate in any program.
15. Limitation of Access for Non-Members
Individuals who are not active IGA members shall not have access to the member dashboard, internal communications, or application pathways for ecosystem programs.
Participation in events may be permitted on a case-by-case basis under non-member terms.
16. Termination and Suspension
IGA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s access and membership status if the member is found to have violated community values, engaged in misconduct, misused ecosystem platforms, or acted in a manner that compromises the integrity, safety, reputation, or operations of the organisation.
Such actions may be determined by the designated leadership, HR, or operations team based on internal review.
Where appropriate, IGA may provide notice or request clarification prior to taking action. However, IGA reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice in cases deemed critical or harmful.
IGA reserves the right to make final decisions without obligation to disclose full internal review details.
Suspension may result in temporary restriction of access to ecosystem platforms and privileges. Termination may result in permanent revocation of membership, access, and associated privileges.
17. Modification of Terms
IGA reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement, including membership structure, fees, and policies, at any time.
Members shall be notified of any material changes where applicable.
18. Governance
IGA Membership onboarding is managed through an automated system. Applications to advanced tracks such as Amoeba Satellite and Legenz Club are reviewed by designated HR and Operations teams.
Strategic oversight of the ecosystem remains under the authority of the organisation’s leadership.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By completing registration and payment, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
