Membership FAQ
Questions before joining?
Here are the essentials about membership, participation and monthly contributions.
What is IGA Membership?
IGA Membership is the foundation layer of the Grafinity ecosystem. It enables members to participate in community activities, receive internal updates and engage with ecosystem opportunities through a subscription-based contribution model.
What does the RM80 monthly contribution support?
The contribution supports ecosystem sustainability, community operations, programme development and the long-term growth of the Grafinity community. It is a membership subscription fee, not a donation or investment.
What is Amoeba Satellite, and do I need a separate application?
Amoeba Satellite is IGA’s community engagement platform. Members can indicate an interest in Pioneer, Johor, Sarawak or no specific division directly in the membership form.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds are not provided for the remaining portion of an active billing period.
Is the membership fee refundable?
Membership fees are generally non-refundable except for duplicate payments, confirmed payment errors or other cases determined by IGA.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
If the subscription stops, membership status may become inactive and member privileges may be suspended. Membership can be reactivated when payment resumes.
Who can apply to join IGA?
Membership is open to individuals interested in participating in the Grafinity ecosystem and aligned with its values, regardless of profession, background or prior experience.
