International Grafinity Association (IGA) – IGA Ecosystem

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of all services, platforms, programs, and activities under the International Grafinity Association (IGA) and the Grafinity ecosystem.
1.2 By accessing, registering, or participating in any part of the ecosystem, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 These Terms apply to all individuals, including members, participants, applicants, parents, and any users engaging with Grafinity.
2. Definitions
2.1 “IGA” refers to the International Grafinity Association.
2.2 “Ecosystem” refers to all platforms, programs, and divisions including IGA, Amoeba Satellite, and Legenz Club.
2.3 “Member” refers to an individual with an active IGA membership subscription.
2.4 “Participant” refers to a non-member engaging in events or activities.
2.5 “Programs” refer to any activities, events, workshops, or initiatives organised under Grafinity.
3. Nature of Services
3.1 Grafinity provides a community-based ecosystem for participation, development, and engagement.
3.2 Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may evolve over time.
3.3 Participation in any program or activity is voluntary and subject to availability and approval where applicable.
4. User Eligibility and Conduct
4.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering or participating.
4.2 Users agree to engage respectfully and responsibly within the ecosystem.
4.3 Users shall not:
- Engage in unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour
- Misrepresent identity or information
- Interfere with the operations or integrity of the ecosystem
4.4 IGA reserves the right to restrict or remove any user who violates these Terms.
5. Membership and Access
5.1 Access to certain features of the ecosystem requires active IGA membership.
5.2 Membership operates on a subscription basis and must be maintained to retain access.
5.3 Non-members may have limited access to selected events or activities.
5.4 IGA reserves the right to modify access privileges at its discretion.
6. Programs and Participation
6.1 Participation in programs is optional and based on user choice.
6.2 Certain programs, including Amoeba Satellite and Legenz Club, require application and approval.
6.3 Approval is subject to internal review and there is no guaranteed outcome or timeline.
6.4 IGA reserves the right to limit participation based on capacity, suitability, or operational considerations.
7. Payment and Fees
7.1 IGA Membership requires a monthly subscription fee as stated at the point of registration.
7.2 Program and event fees shall be determined separately and are payable upon participation.
7.3 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7.4 IGA reserves the right to revise fees at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Event Terms
8.1 Events may have specific terms, pricing, and participation requirements.
8.2 IGA Members may receive preferential access or pricing, subject to event structure.
8.3 IGA reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events where necessary.
8.4 IGA shall not be liable for any losses arising from event changes beyond its reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property within the ecosystem remain the property of IGA unless otherwise stated.
9.2 Users shall not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.
10. Media and Content Usage
10.1 Participation in events or programs may involve photography, video recording, or content creation.
10.2 Such content may be used by IGA for documentation, education, and promotional purposes.
10.3 Users who do not consent must notify IGA prior to participation.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 IGA provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
11.2 IGA shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of opportunity, data, or participation
- Actions of third parties or other participants
11.3 Participation in any activity is at the individual’s own discretion and risk.
12. Termination and Suspension
12.1 IGA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in misconduct
- Compromises the integrity of the ecosystem
12.2 Termination may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
13. System and Platform Use
13.1 IGA may utilise digital systems, platforms, and third-party tools to operate its services.
13.2 IGA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to such systems.
13.3 Users acknowledge that technical issues may occur beyond IGA’s control.
14. Governance and Decision Authority
14.1 Operational decisions relating to programs, events, and participation shall be made by authorised IGA teams.
14.2 Such decisions shall be final and made in the best interest of the ecosystem.
15. Amendments
15.1 IGA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
15.2 Continued use of the ecosystem constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
17. Acceptance
17.1 By accessing or participating in the Grafinity ecosystem, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
